A group of progressive bloggers has launched a new TV ad urging Arkansans to call on Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln to support an up-or-down vote on the public option. The ad highlights Lincoln's insurance industry campaign contributions.

Lincoln, who faces a tough reelection campaign next year, has not committed to voting in favor of beginning debate on a reform bill that will include a public insurance option. The two-week, five-figure ad buy will blanket the state and is part of a sustained campaign to put pressure on Lincoln.
