Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid shot back against Republican claims that Democrats forced today's early morning vote.

"Everybody knows that we're here at 1:00 in the morning because of my friends on the other side of the aisle. For them to say with a straight face, and I know that some of them didn't have a straight face, that we're here because of us is without any foundation whatsoever," Reid said on the floor.
